We hope you are satisfied with your items from us but understand that this may not always be the case. We are happy to refund items customers are unhappy with within 14 days of receiving your order.

If there is a fault with your item upon arrival please contact us within 24 hours

Customers are able to return items for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- Any returned items must be in its original packaging

- Items must be returned with no signs of wear

- Items must be in a resealable condition

- Hats and face masks can not be returned due to hygiene reasons 

- Unfortunately, FEEM is not liable for any items that are lost while in transit back to us.

Customers are responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are therefore non-refundable.

Once your return has been received we will contact you via email to inform you of whether you return has been approved. If the item/s fail approval we can not accept your return.
